We understand that plans change. Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:

• Full Refund: Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date.
• Partial Charge: Cancellations made between 13 and 3 days prior will forfeit the deposit (cost of the first night).
• Full Charge: Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival or "no-shows" will be charged for the full reservation.

Crestwood Estate is a 100% smoke-free indoor environment. This includes all guest rooms, balconies, and common areas (including e-cigarettes and vapes). Smoking is only permitted in the designated outdoor smoking area near the lower gardens. A cleaning fee will be applied for any violation.
